For competent mtb riders
intermediate bik.e ride and last chance training for Flight Centre Epic. Approx 20-25 km, there is some climbing and technical sections involved.
What to bring:
Serviceable bike; spare tube; water and nutrition.
Park and beet at German Church Rd entrance to Bayview.
